Following a break into my property I needed the services of a Locksmith urgently. I found Adrian business on the internet, he arrived at my house at 11pm and within 30 minutes of contact! His service was quite exceptional, he explained the best security for my property in detail and installed replacement locks and provided me with additional security information.

The service afterwards was also quite outstanding too, because I needed additional information for insurance purposes which Adrain provided very promptly. Truly refreshing in this day and age.

It was Saturday morning about 10 o’clock when the doorbell rang. It was a delivery man with a packet (a book, of course). Nothing unusual in that but when I got to the door it was already open and when I went to close it, it couldn’t be done – the handle on the outside had been broken and the whole of the lock mechanism had been removed. Although whoever had done this had gained access to the house there was no sign of anything being disturbed or taken. I never heard anything but perhaps it was just as they got in that I put the light on to go to the loo and they decided to leave. Although nothing had been taken it was bad enough having a front door that couldn’t be closed, especially at the weekend. Who could I go to for help?
Fortunately I remembered seeing an ad in the Parish Magazine and rummaged through the papers on my desk to find it. There it was ’24 hr Local Locksmith call Adrian’. So I called Adrian who said he would be with me in 45 minutes. He was as good as his word and couldn’t have been more helpful. He had with him everything he needed, so didn’t have to waste time going off to get things, and it wasn’t long before I had a new lock that would be more difficult to tamper with, along with a new door handle.
I hope none of you who read this have your locks tampered with but if you need a locksmith for any reason look in the parish magazine – I am confident you will be well served by Adrian.

Adrian responded very quickly to my call and came out on a Saturday lunchtime to change front and back door locks on my mother’s house.  The job was carried out very efficiently, quickly and at a reasonable price.  I would thoroughly recommend Adrian for any locksmith work.

My dad who is 85 came home from hospital on a Saturday night to find he could not unlock the front door. His neighbour took him in and phoned me I eventually found a locksmith who was on call Adrian he sounded pleasant and said he could go to dads straight away. He phoned me at regular intervals while he was working on the door which proved to be a challenge as it was quite an old upvc with a good locking system despite it being dark Adrian persevered and after two hours gained entry he then fitted a temporary lock until he could obtain a new one. He returned a couple of days later and fitted the new locking mechanism, which he managed to source from one of his supplier’s. Adrian was very caring about dad’s situation and kept me informed of what he needed to do all the way through. His number is now stored in my phone just in case I would recommend him.

My son-in-law in Sheffield contacted Adrian on my behalf as I was locked out of my house in  Nuneaton because of a problem with the front door lock. I had no idea about who to call so phoned my son-in-law up north to make contact with a locksmith. Adrian phoned me within minutes to estimate the time he would arrive and what the cost might be.
